Women in Blockchain Summit
Women in Blockchain is a one-day conference hosted by Blockchain at UCI. The conference will be led by Heidi Pease, founder of LA Blockchain Lab, Rahilla Zafar, Managing Director at ConsenSys, Perianne Boring, Founder and President at the Chamber of Digital Commerceby, Brian Forde, White House Senior Advisor in the Office of Science and Technology Policy, as well as other prominent women leaders in various blockchain industries.
The mission for this event is to encourage and engage the community to learn and communicate about the potential blockchain presents for social and economic reform. The blockchain industry is ripe for both change and growth, making it perfect for setting standards in diversity and inclusion.

Hamlet’s lawyer, Song Richardson (Dean, UCI School of Law), will argue the insanity defense, based on his delusions and depression. The prosecutor, Erwin Chemerinsky (Dean, Berkeley Law), will argue that the prince was merely pretending to be mad. The Honorable Andrew Guilford, District Judge, will bring order to the courtroom for this literary and legal adventure. RSVP required.
